Why Mentoring Matters

Mentoring with Community Service

Many studies and research show that mentorship programs have a positive impact on the lives of the participants. In addition, they have been found to have a positive impact on their communities. Mentors provide support and guidance for young people in their transition from adolescence to adulthood. Furthermore, they often help them develop more positive attitudes about themselves and their communities.
