- Location: 7318 Sunshine Grove Road, Brooksville, FL 34613
- Who: Youth ages 3 to 10
- Registration starts September 1st to November 3rd (1st come 1st serve)
- There is a $15.00 non-refundable registration fee per child.
- Registration must be completed & cash payment made at our location to be considered registered. (We are accepting payments Monday – Friday 3:30 to 5:30 pm)
- We ask parents to complete a short survey, to share the child’s experience.
- Children must attend the party from beginning to end to receive their gifts.
- Child must be able to go to the restroom without assistance.
Cash payments only, accepted in person at our 7318 Sunshine Grove Road office.

Complete one form per child (ages 3–10). The non-refundable $15.00 registration fee per child is cash only, paid in person at our 7318 Sunshine Grove Road office in Brooksville. Registration runs September 1st through November 3rd.
